Cricket Product Warranty

We offer a limited warranty against any fault of manufacture or defective materials for a period of 07 days.

Should you believe a warranty claim to be necessary the product must be returned to us for inspection. Proof of purchase is required to be provided for any claim to be valid.

The warranty period does NOT include the following.

  • Excessive use with bowling machines
  • Moisture damage in the toe/blade
  • Mis-hitting and mistiming shots
  • Dry/heat damage
  • Insufficient preparation
  • Use of cheap and hard balls
  • Severe edging
  • Severe wear and tear

Slight damage such as face cracks or slight dents on bats is considered normal as English Willow is naturally soft. However, this damage can be minimized with proper preparation, usage, and maintenance.

Please provide a proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.

It’s essential to recognize that cricket gear may naturally exhibit wear and tear over time due to the sport’s demands.

NOTE: FOR ANY LOSS ON THE PACKAGE BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER OR MISSING THE PACKAGE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. WE CAN TAKE CARE ONLY IF THE PACKAGE IS INSURED BY YOU.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help. To initiate a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in unused condition.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging and at your own expense and risk.
  • We cannot accept goods that have been used even once or have had their original manufacturer packaging removed.
  • As the recipient, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Failure to comply may result in potential compensation claims against you. This policy applies to all returned goods.
  • Please note that discounted items such as sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless we have shipped the incorrect product to you.

Before sending a return, you must first submit a return request to info@dfwindoorsports.com with your order ID.

Orders can be canceled prior to packing and shipping, though a restocking fee of 10% may apply to your refund.

Customized items including those that have undergone bat oiling, knocking in, and/or the application of face sheets cannot be canceled once the customization work has been carried out.

No refunds will be issued for any bat knocking services carried out in the event of a return.

Services like knocking, toe guard installation, toe binding, and scuff sheet application, among others, are non-refundable.
